By accessing or using the 1791 Club website and services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

1791 Club provides cloud-based club management software for gun clubs and shooting ranges, including membership management, range scheduling, event coordination, compliance tracking, billing, and related features.

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and maintain accurate account information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Subscription Plans & Billing

The Service offers Free and Full subscription tiers. The Free tier includes limited features and usage caps. The Full tier is billed monthly at the rate displayed on our pricing page. All fees are in US dollars and non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

Club Administrator Responsibilities

Club administrators are responsible for:

• The accuracy of member data entered into the Service
• Obtaining appropriate consent from members for data collection
• Compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws governing their club’s operations
• Managing access and permissions for their club’s users

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, excessive data, or content that infringes on others’ rights
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by 1791 Club and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours—we claim no ownership of content you upload.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1791 Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1791 Club from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data export is available for 30 days after cancellation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
